Bernhardt Foundations Upholstered Panel Bed

With a legacy stretching back over 135 years, Bernhardt stands as a paragon in the furniture industry, epitomizing not just luxury but also a profound dedication to its people and communities worldwide. Rooted in Lenoir, NC, our story began with John Mathias Bernhardt in 1889, laying the foundation for generations of artisans and employees whose skills and creativity have shaped our identity.

Today, guided by the fourth generation of the Bernhardt family, we've evolved into the largest family-owned furniture company in the nation, with a global presence spanning 50 countries. Our commitment to inspired design is evident in every piece, characterized by unparalleled craftsmanship and a discerning aesthetic that graces homes, hotels, and commercial spaces around the globe.

Our divisions—Bernhardt Residential, Bernhardt Design, and Bernhardt Hospitality—reflect our versatility and dedication to excellence across different markets. From luxury indoor and outdoor furniture to contemporary office designs and commercial hospitality solutions, each division embodies our values of quality and innovation.

Beyond our products, Bernhardt is deeply rooted in giving back to the community that has supported us for over a century. Through the Bernhardt Furniture Foundation and ongoing support for local nonprofits like United Way, we strive to make a meaningful impact in health care, education, and crisis support.

Moreover, our commitment extends to environmental stewardship and ethical practices. From sustainable sourcing to reducing our environmental footprint, we're dedicated to being responsible stewards of the planet and ensuring fair treatment throughout our supply chain.

At Bernhardt, diversity isn't just a buzzword; it's woven into the fabric of our company culture. We believe in creating an inclusive environment where every voice is heard and valued. As we look to the future, our dedication to quality, sustainability, and diversity remains unwavering, shaping not only who we are but also who we aspire to be.
