American Drew Warranty

All products from American Drew come with a warranty period of one year starting from the purchase date. We guarantee that our products are free from material and workmanship defects for a year from the original purchase date by the initial buyer. This warranty is exclusively for the retailer and cannot be transferred under any condition. Retailers are responsible for contacting American Drew regarding any claims. We do not accept claims directly from consumers; all claims must be processed through the retailer from whom the product was purchased. Retailers are advised to keep invoices for at least one year for warranty purposes.

General Limitations

1. This warranty becomes invalid if the product is altered or modified in any way after it leaves American Drew.
2. The warranty is void if any aftermarket protective treatments are applied to the product after the original factory packaging has been opened.
3. Damages incurred during shipping or handling are not covered under this warranty.
4. This warranty is applicable only under normal residential use conditions. It does not cover defects or damages arising from negligence, misuse, abuse—including but not limited to improper maintenance, exposure to water, salt air, chemicals, accidents, or usage for which the product was not designed, or for commercial purposes (such as rental, business, institutional, or other non-residential uses), nor does it cover normal wear and tear.
5. American Drew reserves the right to determine the extent of responsibility for factory, transportation, dealer, and consumer costs.
6. Products must be inspected by a factory representative before any replacement or allowance can be authorized. All services, replacements, etc., must be approved by our Customer Service Department.

American Drew is not responsible for the cost of return or any incidental costs incurred by the consumer in returning the merchandise to the dealer.

Warranty Exclusions

1. Any modifications made to the product by the dealer, consumer, or unauthorized parties will void this warranty.
2. Floor samples or products sold “AS IS” at the time of purchase are not covered by this warranty.
3. This warranty covers furniture intended for residential use only and does not apply to industrial, commercial, institutional, or rental use.
4. Buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction.
5. Normal wear and tear.
6. Damages incurred during transportation, assembly, or maintenance.
7. Furniture that has been abused or exposed to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
